Winter 2025
Registration for the Winter 2025 (Jan-March) is open!
The cost for one 10-week program of 2-hour classes is $419+gst.

Exception: The cost for the 6-month Calgary performance team, including a costume, a CAPTivate jacket, the gymnaestrada AGF insurance upgrade, and participation in Alberta Gymfest on May 3-4 in Edmonton, is 3 instalments of $369+gst, due at registration, on Feb 1 and on April 1.

The cost for one person to add on a second winter program is $369+gst.

Payments are sent by e-transfer. If you cannot send an e-transfer or prefer to pay by credit card, you can add a $20 fee and pay by PayPal to captivategymnastics@gmail.com.
Email Hayley at captivategymnastics@gmail.com for pricing for 3+ programs, for a personalized payment plan, and/or for a receipt.
CAPTivate registration involves the following steps:
1. Fill out the Registration Form below.
2. Send your e-transfer to captivategymnastics@gmail.com
3. Fill out the CAPTivate online waiver (unless you have trained with us after July 1, 2024).
4. Receive a confirmation email from Hayley within 3 business days.
CAPTivate refund policy: The first two weeks of the session are considered a "Trial Period". During this time, you can withdraw from a program and receive a prorated refund. All withdrawals are subject to a $20 administrative fee. The Winter 2025 Trial Period ends on Jan 25. CAPTivate does not offer refunds for absences.

​CAPTivate make-up class policy: CAPTivate offers make-up classes! Notify us of an upcoming absence and/or register for a make-up class through the Winter 2025 Make-Up Class Form. You must submit this form at least 8 hours before your absence to qualify for a make-up class at a future date. Check the Make-Up Class Availability Spreadsheet to see if there are open spots in your desired make-up class. Wherever possible, please attend a make-up class in the same style of gymnastics as your registered class. Winter 2025 make-up classes expire on March 30. Make-up classes cannot be used for skills workshops or bring-a-friend days. Spaces are not guaranteed.
